Our privately owned air-conditioned home with screened heated swimming pool has four large bedrooms and will comfortably sleep upto eight people plus an infant.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets, cable television and a clock radio. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, roman tub, a large vanity unit and a hairdryer

There are a further three bedrooms consisting of one double and two twins, one of which is themed on the wonderful Winnie the Pooh. All three bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets, cable television and clock radios. These bedrooms share the family bathroom with shower, bath, WC and a hairdryer.

The formal living area has one sofa and one queen sleeper sofa, a coffee table, a formal dining table that can be extended to seat six and a computer with flat panel monitor and free internet access.

After a hectic day at the theme parks all you want to do is come home and relax. The family room is just perfect for unwinding and is comfortably furnished with two sofas for relaxing on. There is a digital cable television with a choice of over 100 channels, a dvd player with a choice of movies, a playstation with a choice of games and hi-fi for listening to your favourite music or radio station. There are patio doors that lead directly onto the pool area. For your peace of mind and your childrens safety and in compliance with Florida law, the patio doors have an alarm on them that goes off whenever the doors are opened.

When you are not spending the day at the theme parks our 24' x 12' screened swimming pool with optional pool heat and privacy hedge is the perfect place to relax and top up your tan.

For your comfort and peace of mind our management company have an office nearby and are on hand 24 hours a day should you need them. All household linens and towels are provided.. The property has been fully inspected and licensed and is compliant with all current fire safety regulations.
